1987 No. 206 COMPANIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6
Prescribed authorities: subsection 227 (3)
6. Regulation 54A of the Companies Regulations is amended:
(a) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
"(ba) the Director of Correctional Services of the Northern Territory;"; and
(b) by omitting paragraph (ea).
