1987 No. 316 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5
Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification document
5. Regulation 99B of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
subregulation (1) and substituting the following subregulation:
"(1) A reference in regulation 99, 99A or 100 to the Australian Harmonized
Export Commodity Classification is a reference to the document known as the
Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification published by the
Australian Bureau of Statistics as in force on 1 January 1988.".
