1989 No. 160 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

Delivery of goods for home consumption without entry 
3. Regulation 42 of the Customs Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (e) "within the meaning of the Customs
        Convention on Containers signed at Geneva on 18 May 1956, being
        containers";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subregulation (1) the following paragraph:

"(f) containers, other than those referred to in paragraph (e), that are
intended for use principally in the international carriage of goods".
