1990 No. 217 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

Conditions for refund on petrol 
2. Regulation 128F of the Customs Regulations is amended:
(a) by omitting "authorised" (wherever occurring);
(b) by omitting from subregulation (5) the definition of "authorised officer".
