1990 No. 6 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 36 of the Customs Regulations is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) "that is the property of the Commonwealth";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subregulation:

"(2) Entries under subsection 36 (1) of the Act must be able to be processed
by the computer system used by the Customs on 1 February 1990 for the purpose
of handling the entries.".
