  10.1   Before Part 8.2, insert:


"PART 8.1-INTERPRETATION Exemption from Parts 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 of the
Corporations Law

"8.1.01. Parts 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 of the Corporations Law do not have effect in
relation to a service as a futures adviser or futures broker that is provided
by CSR Limited to the Crown in right of Queensland, to the Queensland Sugar
Board or to another public authority of Queensland in connection with the
sugar industry.".
