1993 No. 207 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 After Chapter 9, insert:

"CHAPTER 10-MODIFICATION OF THE CO-OPERATIVE SCHEME ACTS
PART 10.1-COMPANIES AND SECURITIES (INTERPRETATION AND
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1980 Modification of the
Companies and Securities (Interpretation and Miscellaneous  Provisions) Act
1980 
10.1.01 The Companies and Securities (Interpretation and Miscellaneous 
Provisions) Act 1980 has effect with the modifications set out in this Part.
Modification of section 34 (Time for instituting criminal proceedings)
10.1.02 Section 34 is modified as follows:
(a) after "Ministerial Council", insert " or the Minister";

   (b)  add at the end:

"(2) For the purposes of this section, 'the Minister' has the same meaning as
'the Minister' under section 80A(2) of the Corporations Law.".
