3.1 Part 2, item 2:
Omit "subsection 791 (1)", substitute "section 791".

3.2 Part 2, item 5: Omit paragraph (a), substitute:

"(a) a Division 1 company:
    (i) if the company has a share capital                  $640

    (ii) if the company does not have a share capital       $270".


3.3 Part 2, item 24: Omit paragraph (a), substitute:

"(a) under section 111AT or subsection 290 (4) or 313 (1); or".

3.4 Part 2, item 28: Omit paragraph (a), substitute:
  "(a) if lodged within one month after the prescribed time   $50".


3.5 After Item 30, insert:
  "30A   For an electronic transmission notifying a change

in the information relating to an entity, in addition
to any fee payable under item 29 or paragraph 30 (a)
$7".

3.6 Part 2 of the Schedule is amended in accordance with the following table:
