4. Regulation 23 (Prescribed places for the reception or manufacture of goods for export)

  4.1   Regulation 23:
Omit "paragraph 30 (d)", substitute "paragraph 30 (1) (d)".

  4.2   Regulation 23:
Add at the end:

"; (c) a place appointed under paragraph 17 (b) of the Act to be a place for
the examination of goods on landing.".
