1995 No. 344 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 7.3.11 (Exemptions from licensing, etc: prescribed interests) 
2.1 Subregulation 7.3.11 (1):
Before "Divisions", insert "Subject to subregulation (1A),".

2.2 After subregulation 7.3.11 (1), insert:

"(1A) The reference in subregulation 7.3.11 (1) to a dealing is taken not to
include a dealing by a person in, or with, a prescribed interest in:

   (a)  a regulated superannuation fund; or

   (b)  an approved deposit fund; or

   (c)  a pooled superannuation trust; within the meaning of the
        Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.".
