1995 No. 423 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4.1 Subregulation 107B (2):
Omit "In working", substitute "Subject to subregulation (4), in working".

4.2 Regulation 107B: Add at the end:

"(4) If preference claim goods are the manufacture of Papua New Guinea or a
Forum Island Country:

   (a)  the list of costs prescribed in subregulation (1) includes:

        (i)    25% of the cost of telecommunications; and

        (ii)   the cost of international travel expenses incurred to allow 1
               person to travel, in a year, to attend 1 trade fair or to
               purchase equipment; and

   (b)  subregulation (2) does not apply to the costs referred to in paragraph
        (a).".
