4. Regulation 185 (Restrictions on TCOs) 
4.1 Subregulation 185 (2): Add at the end:

"; or (c) goods that are classified under heading 4015, 4203, 4303, 4304, 5007
to 6506 (inclusive, except subheading 5911.90.10) or 9404.".
