CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 1.0.15
Affidavits and statements in writing
- (1)
- An affidavit or statement in writing must be sworn or made, on behalf of a
corporation, by a director or a secretary of the corporation.
- (2)
- If an
affidavit is sworn outside Australia, the affidavit is sufficient if it
appears to be sworn in accordance with the requirements of the law of that
place.
