CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 12.4.05
Copies of notices to be displayed
If the body corporate gives notice under subregulation 12.4.03 (1),
notice of a meeting of the body corporate must be displayed conspicuously, for
at least 21 days before the day on which the meeting is to be held, at:
- (a)
- the registered office of the body corporate; and
- (b)
- each other place where the body corporate conducts business that is open
to the public.
