CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 2A.2.01
Approval of application for change of place of registration
- (1)
- An application to ASIC for a change in the State or Territory in this
jurisdiction in which a company is taken to be registered must be approved by
a special resolution of the company.
- (2)
- A copy of the special resolution
must be given to ASIC within 14 days after the day on which it is passed.
