CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 2A.2.03
Application for change of place of registration
- (1)
- A company may, in accordance with a special resolution of the company,
apply to ASIC for a change in the State or Territory in this jurisdiction in
which the company is taken to be registered.
- (2)
- The application must be in
accordance with the approved form.
