A copy of:

(a)

a report that must be lodged; and

(b)

a certificate or other document annexed to that report;

must be certified in writing to be a true copy by:

(c)

for a copy lodged for paragraph 429 (2) (c) of the Act — the controller of property of the corporation; or

(f)

for a copy lodged for subsection 475 (7) of the Act — by the liquidator or provisional liquidator of the company.
