CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5.3A.08
Publication of notice of failure to execute instrument of terms of deed
For paragraph 450C (b) of the Act, a notice under paragraph 450C (a) of the
Act must be published:
- (a)
- in a national newspaper; or
- (b)
- in each State or Territory in which the company has its registered office
or carries on business, in a daily newspaper that circulates generally in that
jurisdiction.
