CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5.6.13
Proof of notice
A statement in writing in accordance with Form 530 by:
- (a)
- the person
convening a meeting; or
- (b)
- a person acting on his or her behalf;
that notice of the meeting was sent by prepaid post is, in the absence of
evidence to the contrary, sufficient proof of the notice having been sent to a
person at the address specified for that person in that notice.
