CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5.6.14
Time and place of meeting
- (1)
- The convenor of a meeting must convene the meeting at the time and place
that he or she thinks are most convenient for the majority of persons entitled
to receive notice of the meeting.
- (2)
- The convenor must give not less than
7 days' notice of the time and place of the meeting, except in the case of:
- (a)
- a meeting of creditors under section 436E, 439A or 445F, or subsection
449C (4), of the Act; or
- (b)
- a meeting of a committee of creditors; or
- (c)
- a meeting of a committee of inspection.
