CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5.6.63
Dividend payable only on admission of a debt or claim
A dividend in the winding up of the affairs of a company may be paid only to a
creditor whose debt or claim has been admitted by the liquidator at the date
of the distribution of dividends.
