CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5.6.69
Postponement of declaration
If the liquidator postpones the declaration of a dividend past the date shown
for that purpose in the notice published in the Gazette , the liquidator must
publish a further notice in the Gazette , in accordance with Form 546, of the
liquidator's intention to declare a dividend.
