CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5B.2.06
Notices (Act s 601CV (1))
- (1)
- A notice in writing of a change in a constitution or other document, in
accordance with paragraph 601CV (1) (b) of the Act, must be accompanied by a
copy of the instrument effecting the change or a copy of the document as
changed, being a copy that is certified to be a true copy of that instrument
or document by a person mentioned in paragraph 5B.2.02 (e), (f) or (g).

- A notice in writing of a change in director's powers, in accordance with
subparagraph 601CV (1) (d) (i) of the Act, must be accompanied by a memorandum
in writing executed by or on behalf of the foreign company after a change in
those powers stating the powers of its directors as changed.
