CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5C.11.01
Certain funds not managed investment funds
For paragraph (n) of the definition of managed investment scheme in section 9
of the Act, an approved benefit fund within the meaning of section 16B of the
Life Insurance Act 1995 is not a managed investment scheme.
