CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 5C.9.01
Notice of commencement of winding up
The responsible entity of a registered scheme must lodge a notice in the
approved form telling ASIC that winding up of the scheme has commenced, or
been completed, within 14 days of the commencement or completion.
