CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 7.4.01
Exempt dealer
Section 842 of the Act does not have effect in relation to the sale or
purchase of securities by a dealer as agent for another person through a
member of a securities exchange in Australia if the dealer, on receipt of the
contract note, forthwith gives the contract note or a copy to the other
person.
