CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 7.4.02
Exempt securities and interests
Sections 842, 843 and 872 of the Act do not apply to the sale or purchase of
securities, or interests in registered schemes, by a body corporate by which
the securities or interests were made available in accordance with Chapter 5C
and Chapter 6D of the Act.
