CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 193 - REG 7.4.03
Transactions in prescribed circumstances
For subsection 842 (6) of the Act, a transaction takes place in prescribed
circumstances if the transaction takes place at an official meeting of a
securities exchange in Australia between persons who are members of a
securities exchange in Australia.
