Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) This section applies to a broker's licence that is granted to, or renewed, for a natural person who does not intend to act as a customs broker in his or her own right when the licence is in force.
(2) For subsection 183CG(5) of the Act, the licence is subject to the condition that the holder of the licence must not, when the licence is in force, act as an agent authorised by an owner of goods under subsection 181(1) of the Act.
