CUSTOMS REGULATION 2015 (SLI NO 33 OF 2015) - REG 61

                   For subsection 96B(3) of the Act, if permission is given, the permission has effect:

                     (a)  starting on the day when the permission is given; and

                     (b)  for the period specified in the permission.
