Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) Subject to the Act, the Tribunal may, in special circumstances, exempt a person from compliance with any procedural requirements of this Part relating to a Tribunal proceeding.
(2) The exemption may be subject to conditions.
