Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) The owner or exclusive licensee of the copyright in the copyright material, or an agent of the owner or licensee, may give a notice of claimed infringement in relation to the copyright material to the carriage service provider's designated representative.
(2) The notice of claimed infringement must be in accordance with the form set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2.
