COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L01649) - REG 61

Tribunal may direct alternative means of service or dispense with service

                   The Tribunal may make an order relating to a document this Part requires or permits to be served:

                     (a)  directing that the document be served by means other than a means permitted by Part 6 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 or section 9 of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 ; or

                     (b)  dispensing with service of the document.
