Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsAn application to the Tribunal under subsection 152(12) of the Act (for amendment of an order under subsection 152(6) of the Act to specify the applicant as one of the persons among whom the amount determined in accordance with the order is to be divided) must:
(a) specify the order; and
(b) request the Tribunal to amend the order so as to specify the applicant as one of the persons among whom the amount specified in, or determined in accordance with, the order is to be divided.
