CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) (OVERSEAS-RELATED MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS) REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 79 - REG 11
Children for whom applications may be made
An application may be made to the Registrar, by a liable parent or an eligible
carer in a reciprocating jurisdiction, for administrative assessment of child
support for a child who does not meet the requirements of
subparagraphs 24 (b) (i) and (ii) of the Act.
