2. Regulation 13 of the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources)
Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1) and substituting the
following sub-regulation:

"(1) The fee specified in column 3 of the Second Schedule in an item in the
Schedule is payable in respect of the matter specified in column 2 of the
Schedule in that item.".
