1989 No. 259 CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS - REG 3

Interpretation 
3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Assessment Act" means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936;

"the Act" means the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989.
