1982 No. 103 Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission Regulations - REG 6.

6. These Regulations apply in relation to an institution specified in an item
in the Schedule as if they had come into operation on the date specified in
Column 5 of the Schedule in that item or, where more than one date is so
specified, on the date so specified in that item opposite the name of that
institution.
