CUSTOMS (ASEAN-AUSTRALIA-NEW ZEALAND RULES OF ORIGIN) REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 279 OF 2009) - RULE 1.3

         (1)   In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Customs Act 1901 .

         (2)   In these Regulations, the following words and expressions have the same meanings as in Division 1G of Part VIII of the Act:

                (a)    AANZ originating goods;

               (b)    Agreement;

                (c)    Harmonized System;

               (d)    non‑originating materials;

                (e)    originating materials;

                (f)    Party;

                (g)    produce.
