Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For paragraph 153ZKE (1) (b) of the Act, if the only requirement mentioned in column 4 of the table in Schedule 1 next to the heading or subheading that applies to goods is that the goods are required to have a regional value content of at least a particular percentage, the final process of production of the goods must be performed in a Party.
(2) For paragraph 153ZKE (1) (b) of the Act, goods (other than wholly obtained goods of a Party within the meaning of subsection 153ZKC (2) of the Act) listed in the table in Schedule 1 that are not goods to which subregulation (1) applies must be produced entirely in one or more Parties from non-originating materials only or from non-originating materials and originating materials.
