"DAA" means the Dairy Adjustment Authority established by clause 55 of Schedule 2 to the Act.

"DAA Chair" has the same meaning as in clause 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act.

"DAA member" has the same meaning as in clause 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act.

"first DAA phase-down time" has the same meaning as in subclause 58 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Act.

"second DAA phase-down time" has the same meaning as in subclause 58 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Act.
