1987 No. 238 DEFENCE (PUBLIC AREAS) BY-LAWS - REG 6

6. A person shall not, without the consent in writing of the commanding
officer or a ranger:

   (a)  in the case of a public area that is or forms part of an island -
        bring a vehicle into, or use a vehicle in, the public area; or

   (b)  in the case of any other public area - use a vehicle except on a road
        or in a parking area or camping area.
Penalty: $500
