1989 No. 337 DEFENCE (AREAS CONTROL) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. (1) This regulation applies to each of the areas described in Schedule 2 by
reference to a plan:

   (a)  that bears a number specified in that description; and

   (b)  that is set out, bearing that number, in Schedule 6.

(2) Except in accordance with an approval granted under these Regulations, a
person must not construct within an area to which this regulation applies a
building higher than 7.5 metres.
Penalty: $2,000.
