DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L00265) - REG 33

Offence in relation to speed measuring devices

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person engages in conduct; and

                     (b)  the person's conduct damages, or tampers or interferes with, a sealed speed measuring device.

Penalty:  2 penalty units.
