DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L00265) - REG 38
Chaplains--notional ranks
For the purposes of subsection 6(2) of the Act, in matters relating to
the discipline of a member of the Defence Force who is a chaplain of a kind
referred to in column 1 of an item of the table, the chaplain is notionally
taken to hold:
(a) the rank in the Navy specified in column 2 of the table for that
item; and
(b) the rank in the Army specified in column 3 of the table for that
item; and
(c) the rank in the Air Force specified in column 4 of the table for
that item.
