2. Regulation 3 of the Dried Fruit (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted: Rates of charge

"3. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge
applicable to a class of dried fruit specified in Column 2 of the Schedule in
an item in the Schedule is the rate specified in Column 3 of the Schedule in
that item.".
