1980 No. 302 DEFENCE FORCE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1.
Post allowance
Regulation 9A of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended by adding
at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
"(13) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 3719, Post
Allowance, made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903 is in force.".
