1983 No. 291 DEFENCE FORCE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 8 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended by
inserting after sub-regulation (1C) the following sub-regulation:

"(1D) A member who is included in the mustering of Airman Aircrew
(Uncategorized) who, immediately before he became a member included in that
mustering, was paid salary at a rate fixed in accordance with sub-regulation 8
(1) shall be paid salary at the rate fixed in accordance with sub-regulation 8
(1) that would have been payable to him from time to time had he not become a
member included in that mustering .".
