1982 No. 72 DESIGNS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6. (1) Subject to the Act and these Regulations, an application for the
registration of a design shall be signed by each applicant or his agent.

(2) Where an application is made by a body corporate, it may be signed by a
director, the secretary or a principal officer of that body corporate on
behalf of that body corporate or, subject to the Act and these Regulations, by
its agent or any person who is lawfully empowered to so sign for or on behalf
of the body corporate.
