Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) This Part does not apply to a person if, immediately before the repeal of the Defence Force Regulations 1952 , Part VII of those regulations applied to the person.

(2) Despite the repeal of the Defence Force Regulations 1952 , Part VII of those regulations continue to apply in accordance with subsection 72TB(1) of the Act.
